I wish to post a general question to the community for advice on the hobby.  A long time flight simmer who has been "out of the loop for several years" and needs current recommendations.  Which forum do you recommend.  Thank you.  glb@ric.

If it is general information you seek (or help deciding which sim to choose), you might try the Hangar chat forum, it's probably where you get different opinions on all available and popular sims - and you get the downsides presented as well. If you ask the same question in the simulator-specific forums, you will most likely hear how great that one sim is, and how bad in every regard all the others are.

 

If you just want to catch up with everything that has happened in the past years, it's probably better to ask in the specific forums for that particular sim.
