I recently purchased the PMDG 737-8/900NGX from the PMDG website today. I have a major problem which none of the buttons in VC and 2D cockpit will work. I will click on them, but they will not respond (Including Battery and Stand-By power switches) I have uninstalled and re-installed, run the installer as admin, but it didn't fix the issue. Any help would be much appreciated,

Reinstall would probably fix it.

I experienced this problem myself.

 

File a ticket @ support.precisionmanuals.com

 

This is a licensing problem, if you were never asked to enter your key, this is the effect it has. This is to prevent piracy of the NGX.

 

So, contact support and they will lay out options for you.

This should always be the LAST option you go with. 90% of the time, people end up screwing up their stuff even more.

 

Plan of action should always be:

 

a.) If you've tried everything you can possibly think of

 

and

 

b.) no one on the forum has had the same experience (problem) and successfully (correctly) resolved it, then

 

 

c.) fire off a support ticket
