Help: Forgot to uninstall GEX before FTX Global Install

Recommended Posts

Yikes! I did a stupid thing. I forgot to uninstall GEX before installing FTX Global. After the FTX Global install, I then uninstalled GEX. Should I reinstall FTX Global now?

You can re-install FTX over itself it will not even ask for the codes this time

GO ahead cause GEX uninstall may have replaced generic FSX textures

At your own risk

If the FTX Central pops up just select FTX Global icon and close it

Good idea to check the box for Lites

did you uninstall the GEX program, or did you run the GEX configuration to restore the backup?  If you just uninstalled the program from Windows control panel, you shouldn't need to reinstall anything.  if you ran the GEX configurator to remove the textures then you'll need to reinstall global
