It is long over due for my latest IB April build.  Brought the machine out of its hole and discovered that a major cleaning of over 120 fan blades was in order.  Holy man it took a 1inch paint brush, some Amour All (I like my blades slick) and a discarded toothbrush and a good vacuum but I got all of the fan blades (and 2 case filters) clean.  It took about an hour but the result was about 5-10c better cooling.  A project to be sure but well worth it.

Did you get the fan on your video card?

LOL yea my 680's took extra care to clean the integrated fins which is the reason for the 1inch paint brush.
