August 12, 201312 yr Hello all, I just got a new computer.....during install a window popped up asking for an activation code....I entered every code/number on my purchase receipt but none were accepted....do I have to contact pmdg and file a ticket?.....If so can I get an address for that......thanx in advance EC

August 12, 201312 yr Ed, Did you buy the product from the PMDG website or somewhere else? If it was directly from PMDG, try logging in to your account, then going to view previous orders, clicking on the order number for the NGX, and the license code should be at the bottom.
