Not sure what you're looking for, but PDFKneeboard can be called from within FSX.  I couldn't get it to open correctly, but perhaps it will work for you.

 

There may be some others.. I just haven't spent much time trying to find them.

I just set up my lap top as a secondary computer and use that for referencing charts, works pretty good plus I can also surf the net while airborne. It also acts as my QRH for my NGX.
