So ATM, I'm trying to find myself Virgin Australia Boeing 737 800 checklist. Does anyone have a picture of a link to there checklists ? Or just a checklist that would be close to virgins ??

Manual wrote that only electric hyd pumps have been OFF.

Maybe procedures differ from airline to airline, but our procedure is:

Hydraulic Panel ...... SET.

(ELEC OFF - ENG ON)
