Any help/sugestions please.

Are you starting up from cold & dark or with engines running? Make sure your panel brightness switch is turned up?

 

There's a few excellent Youtube tutorials kicking around that help with startup procedures ... Unlike my early attempts (where I too experienced blank panels) I've not experienced further issues since following the startup procedure I use (taken from afore-mentioned tutorials). Sorry can't provide any specific info here as I'm @ work!

 

Also, I'd do a search on the support forums where the product was purchased (org, x-aviation?).

Might need to reinstall as it could be an activation error. Mine wouldnt start till I reinstalled and reactivated.
