I accidentally minimized my FS windows so textures of cockpit and everything are not more useable. Is my flight over now or can I solve that problem without disconnecting from vatsim?

Have you tried hitting ALT-ENTER while FSX has focus to run it in windowed mode. Hopefully that will fix the problem enough to allow you to finish the flight.

 

EDIT. Just noticed your post was 6 hours old so you have probably already resolved it for your current flight or given up and disconnected.

Press esc and then esc again, so it can reload the textures. that fixes it for me, my textures are either white/black and if I press esc twice, then it reloads them. Takes about 20 seconds...
