I have been using Active Sky for past six years and today when booting up the program I get a message indicating unable to connect Off line connected.

Unable to connect any help appreciated.

I have had this happen a few times and I think it has to do with a server issue at Hifi sim.  Should go away in a few hours...at least it did for me.  You may want to try rebooting your machine and router just to make sure the problem is not at your end.

I have the same issue... I have posted a 'ticket' to them so I guess I will hear at some point in time...
