What temperatures are you flying in? This could be your pitot tube freezing.

 

Also, are you using failures? Because it might be that you have a failure set for your pitot after VR (or the such) and don't realize it. Check under the PMDG failures section, and also the default MS failures section.

I think the failures default off... So that shouldn't be it.

I have no experience with the 747, but what is your flaps setting, and at what speed do you take off? Maybe you're simply exceeding the maximum speed for your selected flaps settings?

i just quit the runway at the speed recommended by the cdu around 159 knots with 20 degrees of flaps as recommanded

Agreed, would indeed be helpful. But please, show us all three displays if possible, maybe there's some warning message (although I couldn't really imagine any error - other than a failure, that is - at least if I have the right idea of what your problem is).
