September 3, 201312 yr Dear PMDG, Firstly I want to say that this is an amazing product. I have waited so long for this to release and what you have developed is truely ground-breaking. Now the not so good stuff: I remember a few days ago you mentioning an issue that held up release where clickspots disspaear preventing the user from clicking on anything. I can confirm that I have just experienced this issue. Currently I do not know how to reproduce it, it appears to have happened 'randomly'. And only once so far. I am using an iMac (Bootcamp, Windows 7, DX11) with an ATI graphics card. Please let me know if you would like any further information. Many thanks. Awais Regards, Awais Muzaffar
September 3, 201312 yr Commercial Member Awais,We had no further reports of it in the past week's testing, including testers who were getting it every flight previous to the fix we made last week. Can you make absolutely sure you weren't moving backwards into the seat? If you get "inside" the seat geometry that will disable the clickspots because you're effectively clicking on the invisible inside of the seat polygon, which is now blocking the panel. September 3, 201312 yr Author Thanks for the quick response Ryan. I think that could explain it, because before this issue occured, I was moving/panning around the cockpit. It could very likely be that I moved into a position where the invisible plyogon was preventing me from clicking anything. I do hope it was that! Awais Regards, Awais Muzaffar

September 4, 201312 yr My click spots are there but I do not have any sounds when I click on anything. I am also missing call outs when approaching a runway. Jakub, this is a different issue to the one this thread was started about, but in any case: Check that you have runway callouts enabled in the options menu accessible via the CDU. Check the PMDG sounds volume, also accessible via the CDU. If that doesn't work, open a new thread in this forum and we'll look further. Mark Adeane - NZWN
