  1. Ok, I wasn't sure if I missed anything. Thanks
  2. I know PMDG has mentioned the rain effect in the past but has it been implemented? I am not seeing it on my sim. Any ideas?
  3. It's already been explained. FSX and P3D are two different platforms. There is no ability to upgrade at a discount nor an option for a no fee upgrade/switch. You will need to pay the price again. Trust me though, it's worth it :-)
  4. This changes with P3D v2.5 Instead of going to: C:\Users\******\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2 Go to: C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2 Edit file: "SIMOBJECTS.CFG" Add Line: [Entry.X] <<-- Replace "X" with next consecutive number Path=SimObjects\IVAO_MTL This assumes you have already installed your IVAO MTL files into the P3D folder.
  5. There are alot of variables involved in hardware that makes P3D and FSX work for some but not others. But there is really no need to vent here guys. We're all here to help eachother that's why it's called support forums so there is really no need to bash on "the other" product because it doesn't work on your computer.
  6. I can't fly into the snow storm. My ASN is not compatible with v2.5...yet :(
  7. +1 ....v2.5 works great for me too! They made lots of great improvements
  8. REX does not give you the same type of data that ASE / AS2012 does. You will have to type the numbers in manually as indicated in the manual. Those of you still having problems, please be sure this is done as it solved my problem. This is an important step one cannot miss as it may be masked and you would never have known. Use the help function to find it within windows and type "hide known file types" then follow those instructions.
  9. I can post it at the earliest tomorrow. Not home currently.
  10. It works with ASE as well.. THANK YOU!!!!
  11. THANK YOU!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!
