777 with P3D 2.5 and ASN Open Beta SP2 anyone?

Featured Replies

Any preliminary word on how well the 777 & P3D 2.5 & newly-released ASN Open Beta SP2 play together?

Works for me. That's how I got the NGX in P3D screenshot.

I got ASN up and running in p3d last night. Saw that there was some rain at EPWA so flew around there for a bit. Everything worked just wait should from what I saw. ASN was doing what it was supposed to, and the 777 Wx radar was picking up precipitation nicely. So, looks good to me!

That's great news, thanks.

If you update P3D with todays Hotfix ASN will stop working though :(

From EGFF to YSSY

Have not updated with the Hotfix, but trial mode ASN works great. Will most likely pull the trigger.

Same here, today's hotfix broke it ..... :-/

Already tried to reinstall ASN: no joy

Just installed the Prepar3D Hotfix, then re-booted, and started a flight. Fired up ASN trial(not sure if it is the Beta version), and all works fine where I left off.

What P3D hotfix are you guys referring to? I do not see it anywhere...

Phew! Glad you found it after your well-stated post elsewhere.
