Severe bug/systems freeze with step climb size

Hi,

I only tried this once due to the seriousness of the problem, and will try again today to see if I can replicate, but during the first pre-flight yesterday I tried to changed the step climb size from RVSM to 2000, and immediately on entering 2000 into LSK6R, the sim locked up. I had to force terminate FSX.

Other than this, I'm sleep-deprived due to much flying. Outstanding job guys!!! It is excellent.

Best regards,

Robin.

Please try again- I have entered 2000 w/o issue multiple times. Let us know- Ta!

Best-

I tested at a completely different airport, and the problem persists.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

* Start the aircraft (I put it on APU)

* 5% fuel load

* No cargo (FREIGHTER VERSION)

* RTE - YPDN to YPDN. Selected SID as simply RW18, nothing else. Selected 18 for arrival, 10.0 nm extension.

* LEGS - moved the first RW18 to LSK1, left the DISCO, and the second RW18.

* INIT REF takes you to POS page as ADIRUs still aligning

* INDEX -> PERF

* Configured page with all required data (CRZ ALT 3000, CI of 250).

Tried to change the step climb value from "RVSM" to 2000. Instant freeze.

Note that the saved file I'm using is one I created. The aircraft starts powered up on ground power.

Best regards,

Robin.

Robin.

Now I can reproduce. Please open a support ticket with PMDG in order to look at it. Include exactly the steps followed as in this email.
