September 4, 201312 yr Hi, I tried to adjust the display contrast and brightness, like in the NGX, but it does not seem to work the same...??? I can't reduce the brightness at all... no change if I turn the knobs... any advice? regards Just my 2 cent's ____________________________________________________Richard Oberwinkler
September 4, 201312 yr Commercial Member any advice? Intro Manual! Seriously! ...but, in an effort to at least provide some help: Everything is slaved to the master bright knob. When the middle button on that knob is in, then everything is slaved to it. Pop that button out and you can adjust them individually. Now: Go read the intro manual to avoid similar mistakes! Kyle Rodgers

September 4, 201312 yr Commercial Member The answer to your question is here: Introduction document page 0.00.37 and also: FCOM Vol.2 page 1.30.5 and page 1.40.4 However note that during daylight the integral panel lights (green text and lines on the panels) will barely change color and the DUs and CDUs brightness changes will not be so intense as during night.
