September 5, 201312 yr I made my landing at CDG at night with my beautiful Fedex livery, but when I turn on the taxi light, it doesn't seem to move with the nose wheel when I steer down taxiways. It stays shining forward like a landing light. Is this a bug? Or Or this how the taxi light is built on the real plane? It's kinda difficult seeing taxiway lines during turns when the light only shines forward. Thanks David Zambrano, CFII, CPL, IGI I know there's a lot of money in aviation because I put it there.
September 5, 201312 yr No that's how it is on the t7, they don't move Bryan Richards "People depend so much on automation that they forget how to get the automation to work." B.W.
September 5, 201312 yr Commercial Member Another tip, if you want to see where you are going in turns, turn on the runway turnoff lights. I have seen them being used often on real 777s. Those lights are not just for turning off the runway after landing :-) Jason Brown - Exterior Model Engineer,http://www.precisionmanuals.comSpecs: MSI Z97 Gaming 7 | Intel i7 4970K OC @ 4.6GHz | Gigabyte GTX970 G1 4GB | 16GB (2X8GB) G.Skill Trident | Corsair Air 540 White Case | Corsair AX750 750W PSU | 27" Samsung SyncMaster 275T+ | 27" Samsung S27D850 | 13" Wacom Cintiq | Windows 10 Professional x64
September 5, 201312 yr Usual taxi procedure for most heavies is taxi and runway turnoff lights go on when taxing. Especially in poor conditions and at night.
