September 5, 201312 yr I bought the PMDG777 yesterday. I got problem with serial number when I open the FSX, it didn't ask me for the serial number which leads to the black screen of VC. Any solution? Please advise. Thanks!

October 8, 201411 yr I have it worse than you my friend. I bought the 777, and was never provided a serial number. Multiple e-mails are left unanswered. I thought I might buy a new copy on E-bay, but too expensive. What to do? Or accept $89 down the drain.
