I bought the PMDG777 yesterday. I got problem with serial number when I open the FSX, it didn't ask me for the serial number which leads to the black screen of VC. Any solution?

One think to check is to have FSX windowed in case the activation window is in the background

I have it worse than you my friend. I bought the 777, and was never provided a serial number. Multiple e-mails are left unanswered.

 

I thought I might buy a new copy on E-bay, but too expensive.

They don't use e-mail.  There's a Support link directly from the website, which brings you to support.precisionmanuals.com (as mentioned in the post above).

After 21/2 months, using Mike777 link, PMDG's website offered to start a ticket on my behalf yesterday.

 

I'll be waiting for my serial number.
