I had this earlier on. Turned out to be that the Parking Brake will not release unless you have cleared the chocks. So, may be worth a check.

Hello guys,

 

I still need help. I was messing around Friday harbor with the 777, and as soon as I landed everything was fine. I was turning around to taxi backwards and close fsx, however the parking brakes randomly applied and wouldn't disconnect. I have already checked that the chocks aren't set. I have no idea what is happening. It happened as soon as I retracted my flaps to 0.
