FMS Massage

Sometimes when I fly I get an indication "FMS" message. Is there a way to find out why this indication comes up and to resolve it?

Hi Stellos

When I get this message I look at the "scratch pad" at the bottom of the FMC window and it tells me the message and I do what it says. The last time I screwed up the message said "Insufficient fuel" That was because I placed a rouge waypoint into my flight plan and it wanted me to route 1000 nm to get to it. Message stopped when I deleted the waypoint.

PS love your post heading, I knew the FMC was clever but never thought you could order a massage. lol

Hope this helps

Kind regards
