September 11, 201312 yr I have sent messages in the past to their MSE support site and sometimes it took 2 weeks or more to get a response. Sometimes no response (as the answer to my question was made through an update to the software). You might try sending a PM to PC Aviator (a member here on AVSIM and a frequent visitor to this forum). If you are having a problem with installing then you should post your question here. September 25, 201312 yr I received mine, it makes my system very slow. but worst is that it megaearth packages have poor resolution. All i can see at 3000 ft is blurry land with no images whatsover clear.I contacted the service too, but they do not respond, especially if the problems is regarding complains on poor resolution. I am looking for a refund as the product has very poor resolution.
