Selecting a Eaglesoft Jet

>Is this issue with the gauges being hartd to read different>compared to the CJ1 and X, i.e is the CJ1 X gauges more>distinct and easier to read?I think the CJ1 and X are easier to read because they're using glass-cockpit digital displays; the II/SP uses round "steam gauges". The Mach index on the airspeed indicator is basically unreadable, but then again it's manually indexed anyway (it doesn't slide with altitude) so it's of limited usefulness. The EHSI is, for me, quite easy to read and a nice instrument. The MFDs on the CJ1 and X, and the EHSI on the II/SP, can be hard to read in the VC sometimes, especially if zoomed out to 0.75 or so to get a wide look at things, but in that case I just zoom in real quick, read them, and zoom back out, or jump to the 2D panel where I have no trouble reading them (at 1280x1024). In real life I'd have to pull my head down and look more closely at them anyway, I figure, so it's not a big deal to me. (And they're no harder to read than the MFDs in the default 737-400 and 777-300 VC panels, I think.)Now what *is* hard to read, especially in the VC and especially at night in the CJ1, is the labeling for the switches and buttons. It's quite blurry, but again, there really aren't *that* many switches to have to hit on a regular basis, and I just work around it by popping up the appropriate 2D panel.Eaglesoft says that the panels are designed to be run at 1280x960 resolution. I run 1280x1024 because I run FS windowed and don't want to be flipping resolutions constantly, and I think the panels are just fine. Other people might not agree, and that's OK. There's a lot of stuff crammed onto all three planes' panels, and considering that, I think they did a pretty creditable job.Lewis "Moose" GregoryColumbia, South Carolina

I'm considering purchasing either the CJ1 or II (leaning slightly towards the II because of the range advantage, the X requires too much runway for my requirements and the 3000nm range isn't needed for me).Can someone post or send me a fullsize screenshot of the 2D panel of both aircraft? The small size screenies on the website are indeed very hard to read which has thus far put me off.
