************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I have Windows 8 64 bit .. I also want to know where to keep the installer and where to keep the Packages?

First here's the WOIA folder content:

These instructions are for Win 7:

If you have not done so log in with administrator rights. Browse to your WOAI Installer folder which can be anywhere you choose. Right click on the installer.exe. Edit/Copy. Now paste a shortcut to it on your desktop or elsewhere in a convenient folder. Right click on the shortcut and click on properties. Ignore the run as admin here. Click on advanced. Here click on run as admin to check the box. Click on OK to close that second window. On the properties window click Apply and then OK to save the changes. Repeat to open the properties window. If needed click on advanced. See if there is a compatibility option. If so select Win XP-32. Repeat the closing process.

In the WOAI folder right click on TTools.exe. In properties, maybe advanced, set run as admin and also a compatibility of Win XP-32 again.

Read the installation folder about installing .NET2 Framework if not included in Win 8.

See how that runs.

Just a suggestion.

I find that error occurs when I selected multiple AI files and one of them had an extra pop up dialogue box. If you are doing multiple AI files, try selecting less.
