Who's using BDO Aviation WIII?

I got this back in winter but I can't enjoy it.  The airport looks great but I'm getting bad performance.

Taxiing or flying around the airport gives me serious fps hiccups.  On average, every 5 seconds or so, the fps would drop for a split second.  It happens when I taxi or fly around the airport, especially when the airport comes into view.  It's really annoying.

It happens on Aerosoft Rome as well when I'm flying over the airport.

I know it's not my PC or anything because I have other sceneries that are much more complex and they run silky smooth.

I got the tool and scanned the scenery.  There are a lot of files with missing alpha channels.

But I don't know what I'm suppose to do next.

First I highlighted the file from the list.  When I click Open/Next, Windows Photo Viewer opens up but nothing showing.  Just a message telling me that WPV doesn't recognize the file or WPV may not be up to date and can't open it.

It seems I'm getting a different result by clicking Open/Next than what Ian described on his post.  Any help?
