September 16, 201312 yr Hi all, I have opened a ticket but in the mean time does anyone know what's up here? Initialization of license library failed when trying to load the plane. If I continue all the gauges, fmc etc are black. Cheers James McAleese

September 9, 201510 yr Evening everybody. I have managed to fix the problem. I don't know if this would work for everybody, but I have finally managed to activate my product. I found an old thread about uninstalling the pmdg777 before SP1 and followed the steps there, after which I searched the C/ drive of my laptop and deleted all references to the PMDG 777 product. After a restart of my laptop and reinstalling the 777 I was asked for my activation code and I am now able to enjoy the product. Regards, I omitted replying to your question sir, my ticket number was [348-1D7A6167-0409] and it still says waiting for agent. No further replies from PMDG after the initial response.
