GPU LOAD

Featured Replies

When I get on FSX and fly, my game just stutters. When I go to NVIDIA Inspector to check my GPU usage, and it goes to 100% and How can I fix it? It used to be around 60%. I don't know what happened?

My experience with FSX is that it usually does not load the GPU to 100%, but may run the CPU at or near 100%.  How about posting your computer specs?

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

Dust and maybe heat check your hardware to rule that one out ;-)

256 MB video RAM is too little with all those high-definition textures. You cannot expect a decent performance under 512 MB with heaps of addons. 1-2 GB VRAM recommended.

But it'll all depend on the rest of your system specs, the addons you use and your FSX settings ...
