I have 2 problems with the fixer. A) some of the buildings at my destination airport are floating in the air. B)When I'm flying at night the  terrain below and/or around me gets lit up as I'm about  to fly over it.

 

Any one gets the same thing ?

My specs : i7980x @4.20 (stable)- gtx580+6gbram+win7 x64.

My controller settings:

 

Floating buildings....  occasionaly I will get one to five or six of these at Orbx Anacortes and a couple too, at Diamond Point - and these pretty much the only places in the world where it happens - but I could be wrong. I'm not sure now, whether an fsx restart - or a reboot fixes it, and I have no explanation, but I do remember having this happen several times in DX9 - again Orbx scenery. It's not necessarily a DX10 issue.

 

For the highlighting on the ground - I've personally not seen any lights on the ground  - unless it's landing lights - you might repeat the flight and turn of the "Landing lights illuminate the ground" in the FSX "Airctraft Settings" spot.

Yes I'm running ftx global. What do you  by mean  recycling within Orbx central ?

I think he means using the FTX Central, de-select the FTX Global, then re-select it.
