Yes I saw this too. It would be awesome, but I think they'll still be banned from the EU...

I think the EU will allow flights but only with their brand new Tu-204's, the IL-76's are mainly used for the NK-China route parings and then you got the props for domestic flying. I still wonder if the sanctions prohibit Air Koyro from buying western Airbus or Boeing jets (although if Boeing it would most likely be second hand).
