I have noticed that on some of the liveries, the turbine fan doesn't appear to be moving at all. Can someone fix this? Or is it just my computer?

Are you switching between liveries? That's a no no, read the intro manual for more information on this.

no im not switching between liveries. I shut down fsx......restart with a new livery from scratch. check it out

I use the FedEx livery, .. and both my fans are turning just fine. :smile:

I also have no issue unless you change livery. Maybe reinstall the livery if problem continues

If it's only the one livery, try re-installing that livery before you go re-installing the whole thing. I'd also recommend submitting a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com before re-installing the plane.
