Win7 x64 DirectX problem's

Featured Replies

Hi, everybody! Help to solve a problem please: I established Win8 x64, I Established FSX - graphics beautiful, there are no friezes! BUT! There is no sound of toggle-switches, jolting at running start and several more trifles. Gives out an error of DirectX. I establish DirectX - graphics awful, textures, but all sounds on a place flicker! (

Help please.

Yours faithfully!

Are you using Win7 or Win8?

I know they don't really offer support (officially) for Win8 and can't guarantee everything will work. But there are others here that use Win8 and either report no issues or have found ways to make it work properly.

If you're using Win7, then I'm sorry. I don't have an answer.

Sorry. I was confused because the title said Win7 but the first sentence of your post said Win8.

That is indeed strange. I've never heard of that. Hopefully someone else can shed some light on the subject. If all else fails, submit a support ticket.

Recently there has been some update in Windows 7 that broke DirectX.

I am trying to find a simple enough way to repair it.
