latest 331.65 driver and vsync

1/2 refresh lets rips in and looks stuttery unless used with fps greater than the monitor and that's not going to be likely with FSX. I'm getting slightly better AA with these NVidia control panel settings on 331.65WHQL, and VSync is working. Select transparency sparse grid sampling by going into NVidia inspector after, this is even smoother looking and helps with light bloom:
