October 31, 201312 yr FSX is totally dead for me right now. I was updating my config following fsx genius. Then I made the mistake of downloading the latest beta version of AMD video driver. FSX starting crashing constantly. FSXgenius had a video identifying this problem and said to uninstall amd. When I did this in the middle of the uninstall my computer crashed to a blue screen. For the next half hour I could not even but up my computer. None of the restores were working. Finally by checking for memory errors I was able to get the restore to work and it was restored back to amd 3.4 However, now when I launch fsx it shows the screen that it is loading and then after about a minute the fsx loading screen closes without any sort of popup or anything. It just closes itself and I am left with my desktop. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

November 18, 201312 yr Sorry to hear your having problems. Email me your gpu specs and OS type to [email protected] and I will send you the atiumdag.dll file to fix this so that you can run 13.9 without issue. ATI/AMD are being a pain at the moment. Since the 13.9 releases there has been nothing but issues, to compound the problem they have now removed the previous driver versions from there downloads page. Regards FSXGenius
