Hello my name is Aden Walker I purchased the PMDG B737800900 FSX software and 

My computer crushed and I had to buy a new hard drive  now I have to re install everything

again. How do I download the software again?????? 

I purchased it few month ago I think back in May or so…..

I also have tried to log in through the Precision manuals .com website and I have tried every e mail

that I use and it is not recognizing any of them……

How ever I was speaking with my bank and I do have the Bank Charge from your company

for the purchase of the PMDGX 737800/900…….

 

How do I get something I have already bay for?????

Submit a support ticket through the PMDG website. Or alternatively for a small fee you can purchase the extended download service, which I believe lasts for one year and allows you unlimited downloads.

You should not provide that many personal details on the internet.

 

If you can't reinstall from your backups(!!!), you'll have to buy the extended download service from the PMDG shop PLUS submit a support ticket to have it activated.

 

Personal and purchase details are only required on those latter occasions.
