Of course, I assume the pricing will be way out of my affordability index. :smile: Well to be fair, RSR's update earlier this week pretty much said they had not ruled it out, but had issues to work through before it might happen. I didn't read it as adamantly against it at all. Regardless of how we got here, I'm glad to see this...it will give P3D some much needed momentum that will pull in some of the hesitant devs. Regards Regardless. I see PMDG has explaned the following. As I stated earlier, the pricing for a commercial license PMDG product would more than likely be way out of my price range. No biggy, I have no intention of uninstalling FSX for lower priced PMDG products.

All the other addon devs who are non US based do what they wish via p3d while stupid US laws are forcing PMDG to go over all these hurdles costing them and us money. ATP MEL,CFI,CFII,MEI. All the other addon devs who are non US based do what they wish via p3d while stupid US laws are forcing PMDG to go over all these hurdles costing them and us money. Although I tend to have the same high opinion of our legal system, I think it's important to remember that PMDG's detailed simulations of Boeing aircraft come from a close working relationship with Boeing, and that has to be very carefully protected. PMDG might be able to take a shortcut while avoiding any real legal repercussions, but which could jeopardize that invaluable working relationship. Careful seems prudent to me here. They--and we--have a lot to lose.
