GTX 760 4GB FTW or GTX 770 4GB?

Featured Replies

Which would be better in P3D V2? and is the 770 worth the extra $80?? As of now I have a 660ti FTW with 2 GB of Vram and from viewing first impressions 2GB may not be enough

If your question was aimed at using the cards in FSX, I'd say don't waste your money and stick with the 760. However, P3D is a different ball game and from how I understand things, I suspect any card upgrade will show some beneifts. I am currently also considering the GTX770 4Gb.

The 770 is quite a bit better than the 760, FSX or not it's a no brainer for only $80 more.

I ended up ordering a 770 4gb as 2gb of Vram on my 660ti just wasn't enough and was causing stutters and slow loading of the external and internal models of the planes IE the planes were invisible for a good 10 sec on switching views I think another issue is the 660's 192bit connectors the 770 is 256bit so it should help alot. I will post my findings tomorow when my 770 arrives I hope its worth the $375 I spent on it.
