Dreamfleet 727 are the tyres correct?

Featured Replies

I was considering purchasing the Dreamfleet Boeing 727 but have noticed the screenshots show what look like Pirelli tyres on the main undercarriage legs. I have NEVER seen Pirelli tyres on a 727 and consider this a GROSS inaccuracy. Can anyone confirm what brand of tyre should be fitted to the 727 and do you think Dreamfleet would model them accurately? No its not April 1st but reading some of the threads on here I keep thinking it is...RegardsAdam

I think the original 727's we fitted with Nitto low profile tyres but more recently I think they have started using Kumo's.

Actually it appears they used the wrong rivets as well... I'd avoid that model... :-eekOh come people get serious...

oh yes, and the doohicky is purple. Everyone knows 727s use pink doohickies exclusively!

Now you mention it... my doohicky is teal coloured. Surely this is wrong.Dont get me going on the rivets! Everyone knows the 727 used Griddle Inc rivets (silver with GR embossed). With this many innacuracies its a wonder it flies!RegardsAdamPS: I am from the UK so please expect sarcasm is some of my posts.(slowly going mad)

they got the smells all wrong too...DF sucks!
