December 2, 201312 yr The font may be MS PGothic or Amarilo with drop shadow, a font effect which produces the outline. In Photoshop it is produced using (Edit) Free Transform to skew/slant the text and a (Layer, Style) Drop Shadow layer perhaps with Outerglow checked to color and add the outline. There are a number of variables and tools to play around with in the Drop Shadow tools. December 2, 201312 yr Much easier to just create the reg twice , once in the colour of the fuselage and second in white . The white text is moved a few pixels down and across ( left or right ) and placed under the first layer . This gives you the " shadow " effect . John
