is there a way to update the ILS frequencies in FSX database in those cases where they have changed through the years and as such they are different from what reported in the external navdata providers ?

Just as an example, Stuttgart ILS rwy 07, frequency is 110.9 in FSX and 109.5 in all the updated charts and also in Navigraph/Aerosoft Navdata ?

Yeah, its easy too. All you need to do is download the free ADEX from Scruffyduck and then you can open the stock airports AFCADs or open the ones for any payware airports you have and update the frequencies. 

 

There are some tutorials on the Scruffyduck site that can give you some step by step instructions, but after you do it a few times you'll be able to do it quickly.
