New autogen controlled lights

Featured Replies

Hi Sascha

Yes i use the newest light update. With the "only yellow lights" i get the best performance. But not more than 25 fps in metropol area. That would be ok but i don't understand why the frames going down when i fly a longer time over this area. For example: i start at an airport with good frames, fly over the city area>>>frames going slowly down, i turn back for 180° to the airport>>>frames falling down to 5 fps. I tried to delete some entrys in the default.xml but i don't know if this is the right way to reduce the number of lights. I don't think so because there are the same number of lights like before.

At the moment i have to reduce the autogen density or deactivate the lights in this areas. I'm hopefull that you find a way to influence the number of lights without setting down the autogen density.

Greetings

Martin

Martin, the only way to remove lights is through the annotator. I'll get round to it over the Christmas holidays, I've got 2 whole weeks vacation coming up and I'm staying home! Yaaay! time to work on all the Evo stuff I've been NOT finishing :)))
