After installing their update from the website for KCVG from Imaginesim, most of the buildings have disappeared. Especially around the cargo areas. I have FSX w/ Acceleration but do not run DX10. What might cause this? Ground shadows enabled maybe?

I don't see the problem. Try reinstalling the scenery.

Looks fine here too, make sure you do not have a wayward AFCAD laying around some place else.
