Is it possible to change the default active runway for quick hops?

For some reason at egph it always defaults to runway 30 which at best is used about twice a year

Runways depend on wind. If you don't fly with weather, I believe the default runway will always be the closest to 360 degrees. Otherwise you are stuck with what FSX gives you. You can't close only one end of a runway otherwise it messes up the entire atc system.

If there is no wind, default runway really is close to the 360. If you can live with no real weather, you can change the direction of the wind in FSX weather. If you are using real weather, start from the parking so FSX will have time to know where the wind comes.
