In the mean time  while you waiting to be verified  etc have you  checked out the other post that have the same  as your issues ,  could be  a solution  in there some where

You were verified on our forum yesterday. Please post your support query into our forum and we'll be glad to assist you.

Downloaded using GetRight and unzipped. Setup.exe file does not do anything when double clicked or when I try to Open as Administrator. I deleted the whole thing and downloaded again. Same. I rebooted. Nothing.

Sototoro's issue was resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.
