December 26, 201312 yr Commercial Member Check the error log in the RAAS menu. Ensure no errors. Also check the Trouble Shooting page: http://www.support.fs2crew.com/help/manuals/#pageid=help_and_trouble_shooting You may have an audio setup issue if you don't hear anything. B. December 26, 201312 yr Author Its for just the PMDG, not the thing from FS2crew, as i dont have FS2Crew
December 26, 201312 yr T7 airlines have different options concerning RAAS. Try another livery or check RAAS equipment from either the CDU or the operations center. (BTW, I learned this from the introductory manual. ) Or, maybe, you haven't run makerwys 'as administrator'? What happened to AVSIM
December 26, 201312 yr Its for just the PMDG, not the thing from FS2crew, as i dont have FS2Crew The PMDG 777 is using our FS2Crew RAAS (a locked version which only works with this aircraft). I would also recommend what Oliver said. Tebin Ulrich
January 1, 201412 yr Author I went into addons - RAAS Professional and turned the master on to on but still not working i also checked for errors and no error apears
January 2, 201412 yr Commercial Member I went into addons - RAAS Professional and turned the master on to on but still not working i also checked for errors and no error apears Did you run the Audio test to ensure you don't have a sound problem? If you looked at the Log file and see no error messages, it should work. We have a zillion RAAS users since everyone who own the 777 and Aerosoft Airbus gets it for free, and reports of issues are very rare. Test it at a default airport. B. January 2, 201412 yr Author Yes i did run the adio test. btw: fsx is on my HDD not OS since i only have my OS on SSD
January 2, 201412 yr In the CDU, there are options defined per livery "Airline Options." You have to look there, not the Addons menu. The option is also in the PMDG Operations Center. This is all in the introduction manual. Give it a read...lots of good info there and the "solution" to about 85% of the "issues" reported here. Adam Hill

January 4, 201412 yr Commercial Member LOG EVENT -> FAILED in create Connection object....LOG EVENT -> Operation FAILED! - Error code: 0x80040154.... You have a corrupt system file. You're going to have to repair/reinstall Windows. A few other users had this exact same error, and re-installing Windows was they only way they fixed it. B. January 4, 201412 yr Commercial Member Okay thanks for help I moved my OS from HDD to SSD and registery got ######. But gone clean up soon and fix all my volums and soo on That could probably mess things up. I would generally recommend doing a clean re-install of Windows to keep things simple. Also, when submitting support requests, I might suggesting mentioning right off the bat that you think your registry is all messed up B.
