December 26, 201312 yr What are the units for the fuel flow displayed on the DU? I'm in flight right now holding in a holding pattern and need to burn 5.5 tonnes of fuel to bring it down to max landing weight, i'm trying to work out how long i'll be in the hold for. James Bennett

December 27, 201312 yr Fuel planning. Don't just fill up the tanks and go. If I was on a plane flying from Melbourne to Canberra, expecting the flight to be 45 minutes long, and we ended up doing circles around some holding fix for 3 or 4 hours I'd be pretty mad at the airline and quite happy to take a few hours of my next day to talk to the Media, CASA and the ATSB... in that order Trent Hopkinson, 2015 Crewmember of www.mangrove.com.au WorldFlight sim Youtube channel www.youtube.com/user/musicalaviator
