What is the elevation of this airport you have problems at? If you try an airport at close to sea level do you still get this problem. Also, what is the outside air temperature in the sim?

 

Sometimes starting with NGX or 744X at FAJS (5558 feet above sea level) FSX gives crazy outside air temps which make take off in PMDG aircraft impossible. Even just to taxi requires power settings that activate throttle position warnings. It's just another a bug is FSX as far as I'm concerned. Requires setting temp manually in the weather section. Can happen with or without REX installed.
