January 5, 201412 yr Hi everyone,I have recently purchased and installed FSX Gold Edition. I have an issue in the sense that the in game graphics do not display at all well. They are the wrong colours (lots of reds and greens) and look like double vision. Here are some screen shots on the in play issues:Before installing the full game version I was running the FSX demo on Windows 8.0. The demo ran fine. However between installing the demo and installing the full game version Windows updated to Windows 8.1. I am unsure if this has anything to do with the issues?I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program a couple of times but it doesn't seem to make any difference.I have a Nvidia GeFore GT 610 graphics card which, as I mentioned, ran the demo absolutely fine.Any help would be gratefully received, I am going crazy here trying to figure out the issue! Thanks,Dan
January 5, 201412 yr That is 3D anaglyph display. Somehow you have enabled 3D on your graphics card so you just need to turn it off. It is not an FSX problem or setting. Of course what you could do while it's showing is get some red and cyan coloured filters and put one over each eye (red over right eye) and enjoy FSX in 3D :-)
January 5, 201412 yr Yep - that's 3d - I've seen this crop up a few times on the forums. IAN Ryzen 5800X3D, Nvidia RTX5080 - 32 Gig DDR4 RAM, 1TB & 2 TB NVME drives - Windows 11 64 bit MSFS 2024 Premium Deluxe Edition Resolution 2560 x 1440 (32 inch curved monitor)

January 6, 201412 yr I happen to have some 3D glasses beside me and I can confirm that this is anaglyph 3D.
January 6, 201412 yr Can he just wear 3D glasses and have 'total immersion'! Well with a pair of anaglyph glasses he would get a 3D effect, whether I'd call it 'total immersion' probably not because I'm not a marketing guru :wink2:
