January 10, 201412 yr Hi! I have no idea where i find the Decision Height? I know where to put it in but i dont know which decision height i should put in for ILS landing? Where do i find the Numbers? In the FMC? Thx
January 10, 201412 yr No on the approach chart. Usually in the bottom split between A B C and D. If vref is between 121 and 140 look under C. If higher D. If lower B. // Lasse Kronborg

January 10, 201412 yr Commercial Member ABC is the category of aircraft. Based on the vref you are flying, NG should be C Sorry typing in a rush! Rob Prest
January 10, 201412 yr Author ABC is the category of aircraft. Based on the vref you are flying, NG should be C Sorry typing in a rush! So if i fly with the PMDG 737NGX the category is C=Charlie?
January 10, 201412 yr It depends on your vref. You'll often be D with the 737-800 and 900. From Wikipedia: Category A: Speed 90 knots or less. Category B: Between 91 and 120 knots. Category C: Between 121 and 140 knots. Category D: Between 141 knots and 165 knots. Category E: Speed 166 knots or more. // Lasse Kronborg

January 10, 201412 yr http://selvbetjening.trafikstyrelsen.dk/civilluftfart/Dokumenter/Luftfartsinformation%20%28AIS%29/AIP%20Danmark/AIP%20PART%203%20-%20FLYVEPLADSER%20%28AD%29/AD%202%20AERODROMES/Koebenhavn_Kastrup%20-%20EKCH/EK_AD_2_EKCH_ILS_DME_04L_CAT_I_II_en.pdf Which is an approach chart. This is where you get the information. Theres different minimas for different runways and different approaches. You'll have to look the up each time. This is a good place to search for airport charts https://charts.aero/ // Lasse Kronborg

Last question: Where on the Airport map does the numbers standing? Down or on the airport map? Or forget that i got it! But the 737NGX, is that CAT ll or CAT l for autoland?
January 10, 201412 yr Where do find the numbers? No on the approach chart. The very first reply to your question. Read the approach plate. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
January 10, 201412 yr Author The very first reply to your question. Read the approach plate. Yeah but which CAT ILS should i take for 737NGX Autoland. CAT ILS l or CAT ILS ll?
January 10, 201412 yr It's FS, do them whenever you want if that's what you prefer. Irl, CAT III is when autoland's are normally conducted, but they are sometimes done in Cat II as well. Most pilots want to fly the approach. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
January 10, 201412 yr Commercial Member Category depends on a number of factors, best to read up on it since it is very In-depth. The main factor to look for in your case is the reported weather (ceiling & visibility) You can autoland on CATI provided you see the runway by 200ft That's an extremely basic explanation. Don't take shortcuts, if your interested in the subject take the time to study. Edit - just noticed you are only 14! Will try to send you some links Cheers Rob Prest
