January 14, 201412 yr My Piper Malibu used to work find and today that I finally had a time slot to do a flight then I noticed that the PFD (where the attitude and speed tapes etc are displayed) remains forever in "Initializing System". I didn't find any hotspot to switch it off and back on again. I waited forever and while all other avionics systems turned on, this one would simply stay in that initialization phase. January 17, 201412 yr Try cycling the Avionics master switch off and on. Then when the PFD initializes you press it's Ent key. See if that works for you. March 24, 201412 yr Same problem here. With Prepar3D v2.1, the PFD remains forever in "Initializing System". I tried your suggestions without any success. Any ideas ?
April 4, 201412 yr Same problem here. With Prepar3D v2.1, the PFD remains forever in "Initializing System". I tried your suggestions without any success. Any ideas ? Try switching to an FSX default airplane and then switch back to the Malibu and see if that works.
