fsx restarts flight

hi just trying out a flight today when I started to descend I got a overspeed message then fsx stopped then re-oaded the flight from the beginning

 I ran the flight again and same thing, it looks as though when the red text fsx message appears it seems to reatart the flight

anyone got any info on this problem.

don't think that's the same problem my flight only restarts whenever the overspeed message appears
