how to open bomb bay doors?

Featured Replies

i need the shortcut to open the bomb bay doors in fsx. anyone have an idea?

Which add-on is this for? If you're trying to release a droppable object, the key command is Shift+D. No default add-on in FSX has bomb bay doors.

Thanks,

Kevin L

Since that is an add-on, there should be a bomb bay switch on the panel somewhere. There are no bomb bay shortcuts in the FSX control menu.

Thanks,

You probably need to consult the documentation (if there is any) or contact the developer for that aircraft. It may use an existing FSX control (I have an aircraft that uses the Spoilers control for that purpose), but that would be implemented in the specific model.

Ctrl-W (water rudder)

See the first part of the  readme:

FEATURES:

1) Animations

crew hatch : shift-e

bomb bay : shift-w (water rudder function)

speed brakes and drag chute : spoiler key  '/'

nose camera/sensor : Concorde Visor function (assign to C and V if not already done so). Note, this also causes the panel and v-c TV display to change to 'on'.

It works like a charm in both models. The panel is not that great. (That radar looks awful!) There are other much better B-52 panels. Also there are no camera definitions.

Hope this helps, Bob.
